Professional Experience

Robert Paul has over 25 years consulting and management experience, working mainly in Europe, but also in the Middle East, US, Asia and New Zealand. He has led many strategic change and transformation programmes, such as large-scale re-organisations, cultural integration as well as leadership development programmes. He acts as (team) facilitator, consultant and trainer on a global scale for a wide range of companies such as Heineken, PepsiCo, BSI, Generali, Philips, BP, Fokker, Nokia Siemens, ING, Shell, Schneider Electric and many others. 

Robert Paul is very much a pragmatic businessperson and believes in connecting viewpoints and leveraging diversity to come to better results. He is a respected speaker on international conferences on leading change and transformation. He acts as guest speaker at various universities and business schools and teaches a Master class Change Management for a large educational MBA institute.

Background

A native of the Netherlands he developed his passion for people and diversity through working internationally during most of his career. He understands the cultural context where business issues manifest themselves and is actively looking for the ‘courageous conversations’ that will help individuals, teams and organizations achieve improved performance. Robert Paul graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, Rotterdam School of Management. He holds a postgraduate degree in Change Management from the VU University, Amsterdam and attended the Coaching and Consulting for Change Program (INSEAD), leading to a degree in Organizational Psychology.
